Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to support the enterprise-wide launch of Power BI within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable learning experiences tailored to diverse user personas and varying levels of technical expertise
• Collaborate with the data literacy program team and Power BI specialists to align instructional content with program objectives
• Design and deliver training programs using instructional design best practices and tools

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and its integration within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Strong expertise in enterprise business intelligence rollouts and user adoption strategies
• Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Articulate
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages and frameworks, including Python and Apache technologies
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and their application in data workflows
