Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to support the Department of Health and Human Services in a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven outcomes
• Build and maintain PySpark data pipelines and optimize Spark job performance
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend software components and conduct code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong expertise in Python and Apache Spark
• Solid experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and distributed computing
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
