Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to support its Outcomes Analytics and Growth & Engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for engagement, outcomes, and ROI
• Lead performance and program evaluations to assess effectiveness of engagement strategies and clinical programs
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business, clinical, or customer questions and form defensible recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5-7+ years of relevant analytical experience; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, or regulated data environments preferred
• Strong proficiency in cloud-based data warehouse environments and large-scale analytical datasets
• Hands-on experience with analytics engineering approaches and statistical tools
• Advanced SQL expertise and familiarity with predictive modeling techniques
