Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist/Senior Data Scientist to drive predictive analytics innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models to predict donor behavior and engagement
• Evaluate client and third-party data to identify new metrics and insights
• Identify additional data collection opportunities to enhance predictive models

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics, data science, and machine learning experience for the Data Scientist level; 6+ years for the Senior level
• Mastery of Python or R for data cleaning, structuring, and modeling
• Experience with AWS is preferred
• Experience working in Agile environments with a strong understanding of Scrum principles
• Management experience is preferred for the Senior level
