Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to enhance risk adjustment strategies within their Medicare Advantage line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate healthcare and operational problems into AI/ML models for measurable impact
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to integrate data science into workflows
• Develop clinical intelligence features and AI/NLP models for document understanding and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in production-grade data science or ML software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a similar technical field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in building reusable packages and tools
• Applied knowledge of machine learning techniques and experimental design
• Experience with high-volume, unstructured data and strong data quality mindset
