A company is looking for a Data Scientist to enhance multifamily revenue management through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Research multifamily datasets to identify new product features and pricing insights
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design data-driven capabilities
• Apply AI techniques to enhance research and automate workflows for better revenue management outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in multifamily revenue management or related roles
• Understanding of pricing decisions, including occupancy/rate tradeoffs and concession economics
• Experience with AI/ML techniques for data analysis and insights extraction
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data science practices
• Strong business acumen to translate operator workflows into product features
