Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist I to leverage data for actionable insights in healthcare and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases from concept to production support
• Create and refine predictive algorithms and analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights
• Design and deploy machine learning algorithms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data science, focusing on healthcare or life sciences
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data manipulation and machine learning frameworks
• Familiarity with healthcare data sources, including EHR/EMR systems and claims data
• Understanding of healthcare systems and regulations, such as HIPAA
