Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the metrics framework for user engagement across platforms
• Own the A/B testing and experimentation pipeline to provide data-driven insights
• Analyze user behavior to inform product strategy and improve content discovery

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a data scientist or senior analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests in production
• Familiarity with data modeling tools like dbt and data warehousing
• Experience with user engagement data, preferably in streaming or subscription domains
