Job Summary

Data Scientist, a full-time remote position focused on developing AI-powered tools and models to enhance risk score accuracy and clinical documentation within the Medicare Advantage line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate healthcare problems into AI/ML models and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to integrate data science into various workflows
• Develop clinical intelligence features and AI/NLP models for document understanding and compliance forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in production-grade data science or ML software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in building reusable packages
• Applied knowledge of machine learning techniques and data quality practices
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD processes
