Job Summary

Seeking a versatile Staff Data Scientist for a remote, full-time position who will leverage data to solve complex business problems, guide the adoption of agentic AI development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement impactful data products.

Key responsibilities:

• Leverage data to address a variety of business challenges using appropriate technical complexity
• Design and implement frameworks and metrics to evaluate data product performance and business impact
• Lead the development of predictive models and champion LLM-driven workflows across the organization

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in solving complex business problems and maintaining Python in production
• Strong foundation in predictive machine learning techniques and expertise in either Optimization or Agentic AI
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Physics, or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage product ambiguity and deliver technical solutions that maximize business impact
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
