Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the medium-term contracted Data Scientist will design and implement predictive models, conduct large-scale data analyses, and collaborate on optimization modeling while working fully remotely from within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement predictive and forecasting models for operational and strategic metrics
• Collaborate with the lead data scientist to build and evolve core optimization models to improve precision and efficiency
• Operate independently on complex analytical tasks and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data tools, with experience in Gurobi
• Expertise in forecasting methods, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques/models
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
