Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional travel, the full-time Data Scientist will develop and monitor data science and machine learning pipelines, perform exploratory data analysis, and translate technical information for various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor production-ready data science and machine learning pipelines using R/Python and SQL
• Identify data science opportunities by navigating complex business and technical scopes and stakeholder needs
• Design and monitor solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to address real-world business challenges

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant job-specific experience
• Experience with cloud data science platforms such as GCP, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, or Redshift Sage
• Strong understanding of leveraging HR data to address business challenges
