Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Scientist will clean, analyze large datasets, develop statistical models, and communicate findings to stakeholders while leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Assist in developing and implementing statistical models and machine learning algorithms
• Prepare and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a data science or analytical role
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
