Job Summary

To support impactful analytics projects in a remote capacity, the contract Data Scientist will design and implement SQL queries, lead data analysis initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for health programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient SQL queries to analyze clinical and operational data
• Lead comprehensive data analysis projects from understanding business needs to delivering actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in SQL and proficiency with Python or R for data analysis
• Strong background in analyzing large datasets, including membership and medical claims data
• Ability to develop statistical models and validate algorithms effectively
• Knowledge of experimentation techniques such as A/B testing and causal inference
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
