Job Summary
Working onsite in San Francisco, the full-time Data Scientist will develop and enhance statistical forecasting models to support Treasury funding decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance statistical forecasting models for Treasury funding
- Analyze forecast performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Monitor data pipelines and reporting dashboards to ensure data quality and reliability
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline with 5+ years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining production-grade forecasting models
- Expertise in time-series forecasting and statistical modeling
- Experience managing data workflows and reporting processes
