Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Data Scientist will partner with Principal Investigators to translate research questions into actionable machine learning workflows, build prototypes, and deploy solutions at scale using containerization and orchestration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal Investigators to understand scientific goals and data constraints
• Develop and deploy machine learning workflows and experimental pipelines
• Utilize tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of workloads

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and workflow orchestration tools
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with large, complex datasets and distributed systems
• Experience in healthcare or clinical research is preferred
