Job Summary

To support a growing Data Science & Analytics team, the full-time Data Scientist will define business problems, analyze data, and drive outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the right problems and understand the business questions that analyses will answer
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights that impact key metrics
• Communicate findings and recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams to inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous analytical problems and driving them to business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
