Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Scientist will focus on developing advanced AI-driven systems for cybersecurity by training models, building AI agents, and collaborating with cybersecurity experts to enhance security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand workflows and improve analyst procedures using AI agents
• Post-train large language models (LLMs) and optimize prompts to enhance performance on real security tasks
• Research and prototype state-of-the-art methods for agentic planning and establish benchmarks for evaluation

Required qualifications

• Strong foundations in machine learning, probability, and statistics
• PhD-level understanding of modern machine learning research or equivalent mastery
• Experience in training generative models and reinforcement learning techniques
• Proficiency with GPUs, PyTorch, and LLM training frameworks
• Ability to work independently on complex objectives and communicate effectively within a team
