Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a dedicated team focused on product growth, the full-time Data Scientist will perform ongoing analysis of success metrics, refine models for real-time decision-making, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary squad to implement algorithm modifications, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing analysis of success metrics to identify opportunities for algorithm improvement
• Refine models that support real-time events and internal stakeholder decisions
• Design, code, and deploy modifications to algorithms and supporting production code primarily in Python

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in data science roles
• Relevant experience in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field
• Proficiency with Python and the Scientific/ML Python stack (numpy, scipy, pandas, mpl, seaborn)
• Experience using a data-driven approach to solve impactful problems
• Comfortable conducting daily professional communications in English (written and verbal)
