Job Summary

Joining the Discovery Mode team within the Music Mission, the full-time remote Data Scientist will own the analytical function for the ML squad, focusing on evaluating and improving models that drive measurement and campaign optimization for artists.

Key responsibilities

• Drive evaluation and continuous improvement of models powering measurement and campaign optimization
• Design and execute rigorous experiments to assess model quality and measure outcomes
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking model health, customer metrics, and program performance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a data science role with a degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, or mathematics
• Experience measuring customer outcomes and defining KPIs related to product decisions
• Proficiency in designing and implementing A/B tests and interpreting results
• Familiarity with evaluating machine learning model performance and collaborating with ML engineers
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data storytelling within cross-functional product teams
