Job Summary

Building and productionizing data-driven ML systems, the remote Data Scientist will enhance personalization, search, and recommendation experiences while focusing on measurable business impact using advanced analytics and Python-based modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize advanced algorithms and data mining techniques to create personalized recommendation systems that improve user experience and business conversion rates
• Develop and deploy ML/AI systems across various domains, including search ranking and content intelligence, to drive user growth and business outcomes
• Leverage AI tools and agents in daily development workflows to accelerate delivery and enhance project efficiency

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying statistical and ML models to real business problems with measurable impact on revenue or key business outcomes
• Advanced understanding of Python and the quantitative analysis ecosystem
• Strong foundation in probability theory, statistics, machine learning, and linear algebra
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role such as data scientist, quantitative researcher, or quantitative analyst
• Degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Technology, or Engineering
