Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the development of impactful machine learning models, the full-time remote Data Scientist will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and BI teams to turn data into actionable insights for segmentation, churn prediction, and personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product and BI to define machine learning problems aligned with business goals
• Build and deploy models for segmentation, churn, lifetime value, and recommendations
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback and product telemetry

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or ML Engineer
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with production machine learning experience
• Experience with churn analysis, segmentation, lifetime value modeling, or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with production systems and APIs
• Comfortable using AI coding tools and agentic workflows
