Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the development of machine learning models that enhance customer experiences, the full-time remote Data Scientist will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and BI teams to define problems, build models, and ensure successful production delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product and BI to translate business objectives into machine learning problems with clear success metrics
• Build and deploy models for segmentation, churn prediction, lifetime value, and personalized recommendations
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and manage retraining and iteration cycles using product telemetry and user feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or ML Engineer
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in production machine learning
• Experience with churn, segmentation, lifetime value modeling, or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with production systems and APIs
• Knowledge of AI coding tools and agentic workflows
