Job Summary

Joining the central Data Science & Analytics team, the full-time Data Scientist will be responsible for defining business problems, analyzing data, and driving insights to support growth, product development, AI, and strategic partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address the right problems
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable data insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to drive decision-making across business units

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• First principles thinker with a focus on defining clear hypotheses before data analysis
