Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data Scientist to join the Data Science team, who will advise on analysis techniques, collaborate with analytics engineers, and conduct exploratory analysis to drive insights and optimize marketing performance, with the option to work remotely or from the Lititz, PA office.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights from complex data
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to implement statistical methodologies and optimize business performance
• Maintaining and updating Media Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models to reflect current marketing strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Data Science, or a PhD in a quantitative field
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong foundation in statistical methods
• Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, including incrementality testing and causal inference
• Proven ability to partner with marketing teams to design and analyze experiments
• Experience in building and refining Media Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models
