Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data Scientist, this role will be responsible for applying statistical methods to analytics projects, collaborating with teams to optimize business performance, and developing custom analytics models, with the option to work remotely or from the Lititz, PA office.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques for structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies and design interventions
• Conducting exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical inference, to inform data-driven decisions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a related field
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques, particularly in ecommerce contexts
• Demonstrable portfolio of machine learning projects
• Familiarity with various learning methods, including supervised and unsupervised learning
