Job Summary

To support a growing FinTech company, the full-time remote Data Scientist will develop and enhance decision systems and predictive models, leveraging analytics and machine learning to drive business improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and improve decision systems and predictive models critical to the company's competitive advantage
• Explore new internal and external data sources to enhance model performance
• Design and implement in-market experiments to test new algorithms and processes

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a data science role
• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics)
• Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL
• Proven ability to apply advanced models to real-world problems
• Capability to design rigorous research and evaluation methodologies
