Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time salaried Data Scientist will define key metrics, design experiments, and provide data-driven insights to shape product development and enhance user value.

Key responsibilities

• Define the metrics and measurement framework for new products and build necessary dashboards
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to make actionable recommendations based on user behavior
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to turn analytical insights into strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
• 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• 8+ years of experience in data science or product analytics
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation methodologies
• Proven track record of influencing product decisions using data insights
