Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support digital transformation in finance, the hybrid-remote Data Scientist will design and develop reusable AI/ML models and frameworks, applying advanced statistical methods to solve complex business challenges across a Fortune 500 organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate foundational AI/ML models for multiple finance functions
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to address complex finance problems
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and Data Engineers to create production-ready AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning
• MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Coursework in applied statistics, machine learning, or data science
• Demonstrated interest in Finance, Economics, or Operations Management is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Python AI/data science ecosystem
