Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic analytics team, the full-time remote Data Scientist will build predictive models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that enhance lead generation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for model development, feature engineering, and pipeline building
• Design and deploy machine learning models to segment and score landing page visitors based on intent and lead quality
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define quality tiers and translate business logic into quantifiable model outputs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related quantitative role
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn or XGBoost
• Solid experience with feature engineering from behavioral or clickstream data
• Familiarity with deploying models in production environments, particularly for real-time inference
• Strong foundation in statistical inference and hypothesis testing
