Data Scientist

Job Summary

Owning a mature subdomain within the Sales function, the full-time salaried Data Scientist will lead performance measurement, conduct investigations into sales metrics, and autonomously manage large projects while collaborating with sales leadership and leveraging AI tools to enhance business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on key sales performance metrics, presenting findings to sales leadership
• Conduct investigations into performance issues, designing experiments to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage large, ambiguous projects, including data scoping and stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's, or a PhD with 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data analysis, ETL, and visualization
• Strong statistical foundations in experiment design, causal inference, and forecasting
• Proven track record of managing large projects with minimal direction
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
