Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data Scientist, this role will focus on providing statistical expertise for analytics projects, developing custom models, and collaborating with teams to optimize business performance, with the option to work remotely from select US states or in-office in Lititz, PA or Tampa, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques for structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies and design interventions
• Conducting exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical inference, to address complex business problems

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a related field
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques
• Experience with ecommerce search, recommendation engines, or dynamic pricing is a plus
• A demonstrable portfolio of machine learning projects is preferred
