Job Summary

To transform application support operations, the full-time Data Scientist will design and deploy machine learning models, build AI-driven tools, and integrate advanced analytics solutions while leveraging cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning and advanced analytics models to optimize application support operations
• Develop GenAI-powered tools, including intelligent troubleshooting assistants and automated runbook generation
• Partner with Application Support, SRE, and DevOps teams to embed AI into daily workflows and identify automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, or Production Engineering with strong Data Science/Machine Learning expertise
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Proven experience in building predictive models and anomaly detection systems
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments and understanding application support processes
