Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Data Scientist will own end-to-end data science and machine learning projects, focusing on model development, deployment, and monitoring while collaborating with a small, agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data to support or disprove hypotheses, prioritizing evidence-based conclusions
• Build, train, test, and validate machine learning models, ensuring they run reliably in production
• Document models, testing protocols, and decision rationales while monitoring and improving models over time

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including hands-on AI experience with LLMs and ML/DL models
• Proficiency in Python, Snowflake/SQL, and experience with AWS services
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and evaluation tools
• Familiarity with ML pipelines, feature engineering, and model serving patterns
