Job Summary
To drive measurable business impact, the contract Data Scientist will work remotely, translating complex business questions into testable hypotheses, applying advanced analytical methods, and delivering evidence-based recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business questions into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success criteria
- Design and execute advanced analytical methods, including segmentation, causal inference, and forecasting
- Develop and deploy analytical and predictive models into production environments
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in Applied Data Science or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Python and/or R and SQL
- Strong experience developing and deploying analytical or machine learning models into production
- Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
