Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data Scientist to join the Data Science team, responsible for advising on analysis techniques, collaborating on data gathering, and conducting exploratory analysis to drive insights and optimize business performance, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Lititz, PA office.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques while developing custom analytics models for actionable insights
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies and optimize business performance
• Conducting exploratory analysis including hypothesis testing and statistical inference, while translating retail business problems into data science solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a related field
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques
• Experience with eCommerce search, recommendation engines, or dynamic pricing is a plus
• Demonstrable portfolio of machine learning projects
