Job Summary
To drive data-driven insights and enhance operational decision-making, the full-time remote Data Scientist will design, develop, and scale advanced analytics capabilities for the MyCustomer360 program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to improve customer operational performance
- Design and optimize data models across OLTP and OLAP environments, ensuring data quality and scalability
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate insights generation and enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a Data Scientist function
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, data modeling, and Power BI
- Experience with building and deploying AI solutions and managing the end-to-end analytics lifecycle
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
