Job Summary

Driving business impact, the full-time remote Data Scientist will translate complex enterprise data into actionable intelligence, executing end-to-end data science initiatives to enhance quality, accelerate growth, and optimize operations within a regulated healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business questions into precise analytical problems and develop reliable analytical datasets
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners, enabling evidence-based decision-making
• Validate analytical methods and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards while identifying process improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Deep technical expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience in a regulated, quality-sensitive environment where analytical accuracy and documentation are critical
• Proven ability to partner across business and technical functions to produce structured analyses and decision-ready recommendations
