Job Summary
As the founding Data Scientist in a full-time remote capacity, the successful candidate will own the research agenda and develop algorithms that interpret complex hormonal data, directly impacting women's reproductive health through innovative app features.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance biometrics, algorithms, and data-driven insights for the Mira App
- Analyze hormone, cycle, and user outcome data to identify patterns and product opportunities
- Develop and validate models for ovulation prediction and personalized recommendations
Required qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and data science; SQL knowledge preferred
- Experience with longitudinal, time-series, or health-related data
- Familiarity with model interpretability methods such as SHAP or LIME
- Background in consumer health, digital health, or medical devices
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into user-facing product features and insights
