Job Summary

Joining the Data Science team, the full-time Data Scientist will advise on analysis and modeling techniques, collaborate with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies, and conduct exploratory analysis to drive business performance, with the option to work remotely from select US states or from the Lititz, PA office.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques to develop custom analytics models for actionable insights
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to gather information and design interventions for optimizing business performance
• Conducting exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical inference, to translate retail business problems into data science solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a related field
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques, with experience in ecommerce-related analytics preferred
• Demonstrable portfolio of machine learning projects, such as GitHub repositories or Kaggle competitions
• Familiarity with various supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement learning methods
