Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist/Senior Data Engineer for a full-time remote position, who will build and scale the Closed-Loop Design Program by transforming customer requirements and historical data into intelligent outputs that enhance proposal development and automation design accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain curated datasets using Databricks and SQL for governed reporting
• Develop applied analytics solutions, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and optimization
• Establish a closed-loop learning cycle to improve benchmarks and estimate accuracy based on operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or Applied Machine Learning
• Strong SQL skills, including data modeling and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar enterprise data platforms
• Strong Python experience for data preparation and workflow automation
• Ability to communicate analytical outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
