Job Summary

To support the development and implementation of advanced data science solutions, the full-time remote Data Scientist will lead the design and execution of machine learning models and predictive analytics for an IT Call Center serving government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of machine learning solutions to address operational challenges and improve IT Call Center performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value data science opportunities and develop analytical models that inform decision-making
• Design and implement data acquisition and processing pipelines to prepare operational data for analysis and modeling

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in a data science role with a focus on machine learning model development
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks and AWS AI services
• Experience working with large, complex datasets in a structured analytical environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance as required
