Data Scientist (AI/ML)

Job Summary

To support a rapidly expanding scope of work, the full-time salaried Data Scientist (AI/ML) will develop predictive models, apply advanced analytics, and leverage AI tools to drive business outcomes for bank and merchant partners while collaborating across diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance predictive models to improve customer experiences and strategic outcomes
• Apply data science techniques to solve complex business challenges and uncover actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide data-driven decision-making and present analytical findings

Required qualifications

• 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis, including exposure to LLMs and Generative AI applications
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline; advanced degrees preferred
• Experience analyzing data using Python or other statistical programming languages and large datasets using SQL or similar technologies
