Data Scientist, AI/ML

Job Summary

To enhance the reliability of complex systems, the remote Data Scientist, AI/ML will analyze chaos engineering experiments and develop machine learning models for automated failure analysis and remediation, collaborating with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into the product.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze proprietary datasets to identify failure patterns and resilience signals in distributed systems
• Pretrain and fine-tune machine learning models for automated detection and classification of failures
• Develop scalable data pipelines to process large volumes of experiment data for model training and real-time inference

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in building and productionizing machine learning for distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with causal inference, graph ML, time-series modeling, or reinforcement learning
• Experience building data pipelines and feature stores for both offline training and real-time inference
• Familiarity with agile development environments and practices
• Strong background in rigorous experimentation and model evaluation
