Job Summary
To drive innovation in AI technologies, the full-time remote Data Scientist, AI/ML will collaborate with scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop advanced AI safety solutions and LLM-driven applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions for AI safety and cyber detection in collaboration with team members
- Co-develop strategies for data sourcing, modeling, and product engineering for AI applications
- Lead research initiatives on GenAI models and mentor other Data Scientists while aligning technical strategy with business goals
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of applied machine learning/research experience with expertise in production-grade models
- Deep expertise in LLM training or deployment at scale
- Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring and driving technical strategy
- Advanced knowledge of Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud technologies
