Seeking a talented Data Scientist - Algorithms, the remote position will focus on leveraging LLM/ML expertise to enhance personalized experiences for guests and hosts by implementing advanced modeling techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement advanced techniques to automate the LLM evaluation process with high efficiency and quality
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights and craft actionable proposals that help shape strategy
• Build and deploy production LLM/ML models that contribute to the launch of data-driven products

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience and a Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields
• State-of-the-art knowledge of AI/ML models
• Strong fluency in Python/R and SQL, with causal inference skills being a plus
