Data Scientist Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist Associate to support applied research and evaluation projects within the Learning Supports program.

Key Responsibilities

• Build cloud applications and data pipelines using platform-as-a-service and open-source tools
• Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools
• Support data collection, validation, interpretation, and analysis using standard practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science-related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or a master's degree in a similar field
• Experience with Python programming and database software (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL Server)
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications
• Experience with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) preferred but not required
• Experience with statistical packages like R or SAS preferred but not required
