Data Scientist Associate Manager

Job Summary

Guiding and mentoring junior data scientists, the full-time salaried Data Scientist Associate Manager will lead medium to high complexity initiatives, focusing on the strategic application of machine learning and predictive modeling to improve business outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates modeling techniques, making recommendations to ensure they are understood and integrated into business processes
• Develops and executes communication strategies to influence stakeholders on the effectiveness of machine learning and predictive modeling
• Collaborates with business units to design and implement machine learning models that enhance decision-making and business results

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience using Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with modern data science tools such as R, SQL, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud security fundamentals
• Introductory experience or strong interest in Generative or Agentic development
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock and/or Azure Foundry through projects or coursework
