Data Scientist Associate Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of data scientists, the full-time remote Data Scientist Associate Manager will guide junior staff, oversee complex initiatives, and drive the strategic application of machine learning and predictive modeling to enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and communicates modeling techniques and results to ensure understanding and integration into business processes
• Develops and executes a communication strategy to influence stakeholders on the effectiveness of machine learning solutions
• Mentors junior data scientists while collaborating across business units to implement machine learning models that address business challenges

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Python for data analysis and model building
• Experience with modern data science tools such as R, SQL, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud security fundamentals
• Introductory experience or strong interest in Generative or Agentic development
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock and/or Azure Foundry through projects or coursework
