Data Scientist Contractor

Job Summary

Working fully remote on a contract basis, the Data Scientist Contractor will design and build analytical strategies, write production-level code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve services.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build metrics, experiments, projections, and predictive models to address key business challenges
• Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code in Python and SQL to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and propose data-driven solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role
• Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and strong understanding of database structures
